My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and super quiet, making it great for relaxation. However, the room was very basic and a bit small, which was fine for a short stay but could feel cramped for a longer visit. The service was really nice, and the staff was hospitable and kind. The location was perfect, as it was near the ski lifts in Saas Almagell and had easy access to the bus network for trips to Saas Fee and Saas Grund. Although the hotel includes a wellness center with a jacuzzi and sauna and serves a very good breakfast, it could use a total renovation. The dining experience was reasonable, offering a selection of salami and cheese, eggs upon demand, and drinks but lacking some variety. The facilities were sufficient for my needs. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
